Business Development Manager (GCC) for a leading ITES Organization at Dubai / Sharjah location
Description: The BDM must be a self starter. Shall function as a self driven, self motivated sales individual and shall be responsible for the growth of the particular vertical/business line. He/she shall also be responsible for obtaining New Business, Profitability, Customer Service and Satisfaction and team development.
Skills needed: • Should have worked with outsourcing and off shoring for a minimum of 18 to 24 months… • Written RFP’s, built presentation for business process off shoring deals • Knowledge of Industry segments a plus • Should have sold accounts of $4million + in the past • Good communication and written skills a must • Good relationship building skills a must • A good listener and problem solving skills a must • Should have had experience on pricing BPO deals • Experience of transitioning projects offshore a plus
Responsibilities will include: • Creating new business leads and driving closure to the sale • Identifying new area’s to go after • Building pipelines • Farming / mining new business from existing business units as well as identifying potential new area’s • Ensuring clients satisfaction is at the highest at any given point in time • Liasioning between offshore operations and clients • Ensuring all contract commitments are being met • Reporting on status every week to leadership • Issue resolution • Reporting
Qualification & Exp:- MBA + 10 – 14 years Or BE + 12 -16 yaers
