Role: Business Partner - Strategy & Benchmarking
Total work experience :: 5 yrs., relevant work experience : at least 2 years
Qualification :: MBA from a Tier 1 B-School.
Industry : IT - Application Development or Infrastructure Technology
Good exposure to
- Conducting research to understand client business and mapping requirements to technical details.
- Working on-site with clients to enable efficient product design while training end-users
- Preparing proposals and managing project tasks for smaller client projects.
- Performing due diligence and interacting with industry experts to identify and direct work streams
- Working with other internal groups to pursue new business opportunities and enhance brand reputation
- Managing project teams and providing operational excellence metrics to management
- Working with clients on strategy projects to meet business goals.
- Framing and conducting analysis and managing research.
- Developing and presenting recommendations to client executive teams
- Good to have Experience in : Working directly with C-level executives to develop and execute strategic recommendations.
- Supporting Business Unit Presidents in the alignment of BU strategy to corporate strategy.
- Leading strategic initiatives related to People, Real estate and Process.
