This is the No 1 Role with an MNC client into IT & ITES industry based out of Delhi & NCR Region for a particular Centre.
Designation – President Profit & Loss
Role – To head India, US and UK Operations and will have the Span of 2 Global MD. This position is equitant to a CEO or any MD as per Compensation and role defined.
Reporting – MD of the Organization
Exp – 15Yrs+
CTC - Nego
Location – Delhi & NCR Region
Employee Strength: 10000 (Approx) a mid size but very stable organization.
Role – To Head a particular identity of the business with a large no of FTE’s and accountability of 150 USD Million.
Eligibility Criteria -
A) Any PG (Not MUST)
C) MUST be at No 2 or Max No 3 position in his/her current organization
D) Would prefer to have applicants those who are sitting 80LPA+
