Position: Program Manager
Experience: 9 to 14 Yrs
MUST Domain: Internet Banking & Flexcube/ Treasury/ Cash Management/ Credit Risk, Market Risk, Liquidity//Trade Finance
Location: Bangalore/Mumbai
Accountable for the delivery and implementation of the project which may include but not limited to (certain steps may vary from project to
project):
Project Proposals
Partner Evaluation
Product design, build and test – A separate team would assist with actual
testing.
Delivery Integration / Deployment Co-ordination amongst various stakeholders including business, technologyand development team
Infrastructure Sizing, design and gap analysis
Security certification readiness
Production environment deployment
Co-ordination amongst various enterprise stakeholders
Business continuity Planning, Implementation
Strategic Partner governance
Periodic project reporting including management MIS
Project documentation
Quality of delivery
Knowledge transfer and handover to service delivery unit for operation support.
Performing the role of SME backup for resolving production issues postgo-live
Key Result Areas
Exhaustiveness of scoping documentation
Business requirement gathering and Business case preparation skills
Project planning and project risk management
Understanding and hands on managing project/activity related detailed costs
Execution of program within the agreed timelines and cost estimates
Alignment to enterprise product standards
Innovativeness in reusability of components
Preparing all needed documentation for project in line with processes
Obtaining sign-off’s from GRCB India and enterprise stakeholders such as
GISD, I&SD, risk, compliance, sourcing
Adherence to processes
Usage of specific project and portfolio management tools
Suggestions / innovations to improve existing / new processes
