Roles and Responsibilities
This is for enterprise Delivery. This is a senior position Candidate should have knowledge of .net / Java/SOA architecture Candiate should have worked in these domains - Healthcare, telecom, banking , enterprise ? Should set directions in terms of defining point solutions, frameworks, white papers, best practices ? Should have strong leadership skills, strong technical & strong architecture ski lls ? Should be hands on with technology ? Must get the team engaged and give them a sense of ownership for their work ? Should be able to communicate effectively & manage skilled technical teams ? Should be to able design and build the frameworks/point solutions ? Should be able to work closely with the delivery teams and assist for any development issues ? Experience / Awareness required o n following products ? Engage Partner Architect, Product teams etc during PoC, framework development for getting information on latest products, trainings etc ? Engage Practice Managers, Domain te am, Presales etc for day to day activities. ? Evangelize specific technologies within delivery, participate in events, publish newsletters etc
