Position- Retail assets collection Head for Bangalore
Location-Bangalore
Company- Top Three Private Banks. This bank sells its retail assets through one centre in a city. There are 22-23 such centers in the country. Bangalore is one of the three largest centers for them.
Responsibilities:-
* Responsible for
o overall management of delinquent portfolio (Home loan, LAP, auto and Personal Loan)
o Delinquency levels product wise
o Product wise/Bucket wise target setting and performance review of collection Managers
o Vendor Management
o Process management
o Legal actions.
Exp required:-5-6 Years in Retail assets collection with min 2 yrs at supervisory level.
Reporting-4-6 collection managers will report in to this position.
