OUR CLIENT:
The captive outsourcing unit of a Fortune 500 company that introduced
3rd Generation telecom technology to the world.
LOCATION: Mumbai
POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is primarily responsible for providing all the support to
the Front end Business HR team for the line HR Team.
EXPERIENCE:
Post Graduate
Experience - 8+ years, with at least 5 years in fuctional delivery and
atleast 1 year exposure in multiple roles in HR . The incumbent should
be from ITeS background with and exposure of managing international
stakeholders.
Should have led a team which is agile to adapt to a dynamic environment
ROLE:
Incumbent will be responsible for providing all the support required
by the front ending Business HR teams. This will range from providing
data support , gap analysis, attrition reporting and base level co
relation analysis.
