Fortune 100- a major conglomerate company that produces a variety of consumer products, engineering services, and aerospace systems for a wide variety of customers, from private consumers to major corporations and governments.
•Global Customer Support Centre (GCSC) is shared services centre of the comapny. It supports the company's businesses and functions across countries in both project and FTE mode. The current position is an FTE position from GCSC.
POSITION : Senior Consultant (SAP SD)
LOCATION : Pune
WORKEX : 4+ yrs
Primary Responsibilities:
Material Master Update
• Material Master Management and extending to new plants
• Focal point of contact for material extension/creation requests from the affiliate to the technical team (COE)
• Manage a Master list of HFS materials to be extended/created in each affiliate
• Provide weekly /monthly reports of defined Material Master Update
Customer Master Data/ Pricing/ Business Process Validation
• SAP price condition record maintenance (SPM) for spares as well as configurable materials
• SAP transaction error research and retrain end users on HFS GDM processes
• Owner of Business Processes and update in SAP, time to time
• Ensure that for POSO, PIR for affiliate and Inter company List price for Mfg sites are in line
• Maintain POSO relationships in co ordination with Finance
• Update Standard Price of materials once a year in Material Master
• Update PIR after price increase from suppliers
• Update Inter company list pricing in Manufacturing sites
• Manage PDM for Sales
• Work with identified individuals to update existing manuals documenting processes and procedures; providing improvement enhancement input.
• Maintain Customer Master in already live site with correct customer group - input data to be provided by business
Web store
• Maintain customer grouping strategy for web store pricing
• Maintain catalogues for customers on Web store
• Manage/update the Channel Collaboration Portal with Marketing information like Product specifications, Model Selection Guides, sales brochures, product picture
SAP R3 Reports
• Create and distribute sales reports for key accounts
• Provide Reports to sales team for Commissioning payouts
Recommended Experience:
• Experience supporting global end users on a 24 X 5 model with good SLA compliance
• Experience being part of the global support team
Required Technical Skills:
• Certified SAP-SD consultant is MUST
• Project Deployment experience is MUST
