We are currently looking for a VP Sales for one of our leading Quality and Process Consulting clients. The details are below.
Designation: VP Sales (Head of Sales)
Organization: This is for a global consulting and workforce development organization addressing 'Operational Excellence' in knowledge intensive service organizations. They have a consulting division and a workforce development division. This is for the consulting division.
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Delhi
Years of Experience: Minimum 10 years of solid sales and BD experience managing large revenue targets
Brief Job Description:
Has the overall responsibility for the leadership and management of Sales organisation for the group including strategy development, envissioning business potential, driving/mentoring sales plans
Theme Primary responsibility
Sales Strategy formulation
· Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
· Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.
· Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
· Serve on planning and policy-making committees
· Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential
· Establishes performance goals for all sales department employees, and monitors performance on a continual basis
· Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals
· Responsibility for introduction of products/ new segments/new services
Marketing Management · Scouting for business partners and associates and arranging for strategic alliances.
· Gathering market and competitor information
· Reaching market segments
· Overall responsibility of achieving leadership in the market
· Managing marketing collateral
Relationship Management · Enthuse people, create cross functional teams and oversee their effectiveness
· Managing Client relationships
