Role: Investment Professional at CX Partners

Location: New Delhi

CX Partners is an India focused private equity fund with an investment corpus of approx. USD 500 million. We are looking to add an Investment Professional with 2-4 years of work experience post MBA. An ideal candidate must have prior background in Investment Banking and/or Private Equity.

Key responsibilities will include:

    * Investment analysis and research on target company and sector
    * Analyzing, researching and building financial models and undertaking valuations
    * Preparing investment recommendations and presenting it to the team/investment committee
    * Preparing transaction documents, coordinating with intermediaries and lawyers
    * Be a part of deal team from origination to closure
    * Portfolio management
