Location: Pune, India
As Director of Product Management, you will be a key member of the management team responsible for
ownership of product roadmap, specifications and execution. You will be responsible for working with
customers and internal stakeholders to understand and identify product requirements, determining the short term and
long term product roadmap, and then working closely with the engineering team to translate that roadmap into reality.
Responsibilities:
Working with customers and internal stakeholders to understand and identify product requirements
Managing the process of defining key product features and specifications, including being a hands on individual
who is equally adept managing a team as well as making individual contributions when needed
Working on detailed product specifications, including designing the product rollout plan and training plan
Working with the engineering team to deliver product features according to plan and on or ahead of schedule
Participating in key customer conversations
Requirements:
BS/MS or equivalent in a technical discipline; advanced degree a plus
A minimum of 3 years work experience in product management
Recent work experience in the online display advertising space
Strong oral and written communication skills
Very strong analytical thinking abilities
Ability to work effectively with engineers
