Job Specification       Key Duties and Responsibilities
        Responsible for managing multiple customer experience focused projects within a common regional program.

§       Manages multiple projects, within given constraints, ensures scope, timelines and costs are reasonable and achievable.

§       Allocates work among subject matter experts and team leads who are not in direct reporting relationship

§       Drives governance forums and regular reviews to ensure each project or module is on track.

§       Leverages governance forum and steering committee structures to remove obstacles, align expectations and ensure effective change management throughout the project.

§       Conducts post-project reviews to capture learning’s and drive improvements into future projects.

§       Interacts with business owners to ensure their needs are being met.    

§       Brings together different functional perspectives from within and outside the project teams.

§       Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date & communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis.    

§       Manages projects through analysis, action planning, implementation and ensures sustainability.

This role is also accountable for working with other relevant regional, global, business, and functional stakeholders to develop best practices and structure/standardise processes, tools and methodology.  

Responsibilities include:

§       Works closely with regional/global program managers to understand and align with program direction.

§       Develops and implements country-specific projects or programs of work in support of global program objectives and strategies.

§       Manages the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issues hindering delivery of programs at the country level.

§       Plans & implements communication & status reporting strategies at the country level and aligns structure and cadence with regional/global Program management.

§       Tracks project timelines against plans

§       Provides extensive coordination of communications and engagement with sales, operations and other cross-functional organizations; manage status reporting back to the business, and facilitate executive approvals and signoff where appropriate.

§       Identifies issues/process improvement opportunities for workgroups &departments to improve customer experience or productivity, and recommends process or tool related solution concepts to address.

§       Leads business stakeholders, process leads and operational subject matter experts to collectively comprehend and scope a business initiative or problem and develop regionally/globally aligned solutions or processes to address.

§       Facilitates discovery sessions and drives consensus among a diverse, cross-functional teams to deliver improvements in customer experience.

§       Leads projects/improvement efforts partnering cross functionally/corss segment as appropriate  

Personal Specification  Qualifications
        ·       Post graduate Degree / equivalent in Business, MIS, or Operations preferred

·       Project management/change management certification is desirable        
        Experience/ Competencies Required       Technical Skills       
        ·       Excellent communication and command skills, in diverse environments.

·       Overall experience of 12-15 years with 4-5 years experience in a senior manager or functional lead role within operations/support

·       Strong relationship management, organisational, and influencing skills for driving change

·       Strong project management and implementation experience

·       Extensive problem, process, and systems analysis experience

·       Change management experience

·       Excellent time Management and prioritisation ability

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and focus on day-to-day tactical execution

·       Strong relationship building skills     ·       Basic MS Project

·       Intermediate MS Excel

·       Advanced Powerpoint

·       BPI tools like Pareto/RCA/Fish Bone
