We are carrying out a search for Manager Business HR for one of our client.
Role: Manager Business HR
Location: Gurgaon, Corporate Office
Reporting Relationship: Directly to Head HR
Team: 5 Business HR People for the Gurgaon office will report into this position
Job Description:
As the Business HR Manager works with the team to partner the Business in meeting their objectives. Business HR helps create an excellent work Environment and Culture through acquisition and retention of highly talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities shall include:
1. Staffing and recruiting employees for the corporate office, and business units 2. Employee Relations, Communication and Retention 3. Developing career and succession plans for employees based on the organizational culture and philosophy 4. Performance Management
Education & Experience:
The candidate should have high energy, drive and a passion to perform in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.
A key success factor shall be the ability to work with key stakeholders to help them meet Business Objectives. The candidate should have:
5+ years experience after a full time MBA (from one of the top 15 HR MBA programs) in HR
Should have exposure to working with senior leadership and driving the HR agenda
Should have handled a generalist profile (Employee engagement, performance management, career development etc)
Should have significant exposure to hiring for various levels
Good communication skills
