We have been retained by our client, a well established General Insurance Company to identify a "VP - Finance" for their operations in Mumbai.
Interested candidates should be CAs / MBAs / ICWAs with 15 - 20 years experience of which 4 -5 years should be with a in a general insurance company.
The role:
- Responsible for accounting, finance, corporate tax, audit, budgets & MIS. - To ensure compliance with various Accounting Standards, IFRSs, RBI and other regulatory guidelines. - Ensuring accuracy of reporting and related disclosures - Ensuring completion of the various activities within the timelines stipulated - Improvements in systems and processes through adoption of best international practices
Compensation will be very attractive and will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
