    Center of Competency (CoC) Consultants

    S&C CoC Job Role Overview

    The company is setting up a center of competency in its Strategy & Change
    Practice. The primary objective of this group is to solution and sell strategy
    and transformational change engagements in the growth markets: China, the ASEAN
    countries, Korea, Australia/New Zealand, Russia, Central Europe, Middle East,
    Africa and Latin America.

    Because the CoC has sales and solutioning as its primary mission, sales acumen
    and experience with CXO-level clients will be important across the bands and
    absolutely essential for the higher bands. The work will performed
    predominantly at the client site and in some cases involve extended stays,
    making global mobility a key requirement for this role. The center of
    competency members must all have excellent verbal and written English skills.

    The S&C center of competency will focus on the following four major offerings:

    1. Business Strategy - Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Approach to significantly
    improve and accelerate the success of an acquisition, merger, JV/alliance, or
    divestiture. (From strategy to execution)
    2. Operations Strategy - Strategic Profit Improvement (SPI): Aligns the
    client's value chain with its strategic and profitability objectives, assisting
    clients in identifying and delivering a step-change in financial and operational
    performance. Provides a flexible framework to create sustainable profit
    improvements
    3. Change Management - Better Change TM: An integrated organizational change
    framework of the organisation that provides a proven method, and associated
    tools and templates to drive organizational change management
    4. IT Strategy - IT Performance Management: Design and implement a
    high-performance IT organization, and achieve operational excellence by adapting
    best-in-class IT processes
