Requirement Details:
* The incumbent would be a global level OD resource , part of HR
leadership team
* creating high performing culture for the company, lead
accountability for PMS process - from design to delivery
* support in Talent management strategy implementation, including sub
processes of leadership development, succession planning
* support in culture assessment, and long term improvement plans.
* Initiating special Global OD initiatives from time to time.
