I m handling a senior level assignment with a leading consumer FMCG Industry. they are looking for Head Marketing.
Drive the process of new product development
Develop appropriate communication modules both below and above the line for wood finish range.
Devise appropriate demand generation strategy for Wood finish in key metro and mini metro markets, suggest appropriate organisation structure and drive product acceptance in these key markets. Work out how the current project sales infrastructure for adhesive can be leveraged to expand market demand for melamine and PU finishes Develop national consumer and trade promotion programs in consultation with National Retail sales head
Develop appropriate sales and communication strategy for development of furniture and modular furniture segment in consultation with Project sales head.
Minimum 8 to 12 yrs of experience. Candidates from Paints industry or companies like greenply, nilkamal, 3M, etc.
Package will go upto 2O TO 22L.
