Service Head
Location: Pune
Basic Job Purpose:
-Managing customer service for customer segment along with handling of compliance & processes related activities.
-Building strong and active relationships with clients and ensuring all requirements are fulfilled.
-Ensuring adherence to set processes & compliance standards of bank at unit level.
Education & Experience:
-MBA with 4-8 yrs service experience from reputed banks.
