One of our clients, A leading MNC Bank is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.
Manager-Strategy
Location: Gurgaon
Basic Job Purpose:
1. Financial Objectives
-Responsibility for delivering the business and revenue plan for the cards business across life and general insurance.
2. Strategic Dimension
- Develop and execute the insurance strategy for the business.
- Develop strategic actionable to work on activities as well as new channels and initiatives.
- Develop new models and channels for the business
- Developing synergies for insurance in the business
- Engage with analytics, marketing and product to drive business
- Develop synergies across the different verticals
3. Sales Management
- Creating alternate channels and touch points for the business.
- Migrating to new processes and technologies.
- Interact with the product team for preparing selling tools, marketing collateral etc.
4. Work closely with the various business partners
- Review effectiveness and fine tune all efforts to ensure the required intensity and depth
6. Work closely with the Insurance Product Team, Insurance backend, Analytics Team and Insurance companies
Education & Experience:
-MBA, 2006/2007 batch from IIM, XLRI, FMS, ISB, JBIMS, SPJIMR, NITIE, and IIT only can apply.
-Should have strong sales experience(Team handling/dealer/ distributor management) from Banking/FMCG/Telecom industries.
