Calling professionals from  BD – PreSales experience from the Services industry/Retail/CPG/

Client : Our Client is a world renowned name globally in consulting services space.  

Location – Bangalore  

Experience – 7/8 to 11 yrs    

Our client is looking out for a Senior level professional who can spear head the entire BD team for a business unit . It’s a role with a global reach & entrepreneur in nature.  Few highlights of the role in discussion :

      Solution Expertise

    * Develops and builds solution, customer, and industry knowledge by leveraging the appropriate resources (internally at organization and externally at the client) in the Retail and CPG
    * Synthesizes learnings into a logical story using quantitative/qualitative data and/or sound reasoning.
    * Communicates to effectively resolve problems or issues.
    * Applies a broad knowledge of applications/ ERP solutions along with horizontal domain knowledge especially Finance and Accounting
          o Identifies a solution primarily in the Finance and Accounting domain for the proposals both proactive as well reactive, challenges status quo in the Finance and Accounting solutions towards successful bids and customer relationships.
    * Establishes credibility as a solutions expert with customers (e.g., positive customer feedback) and within organization (e.g., is asked many internal questions).
    * Quickly learns new Vertical solutions in order to present them credibly and confidently to clients and organization consultants.
    * Familiar with the full spectrum of organization’s horizontal domain related services, as well as associated differentiators between organizations and the competition’s offerings.
    * Conversant with the features, functionality, and applicability of vertical specific suite of solutions.

      Sales and Marketing Support

    * Engages with clients at the upper management level.
    * Serves as a trusted advisor to clients.
    * Able to identify client issues and approaches for determining potential solutions.
    * Assists sales team through scoping and definition efforts during the proposal process.

      Practice Development ; Leadership ; People Development
