Position: Program Manager – University Talent Acquisition, Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager
Location: Noida
Position Summary: The person is responsible for recruiting qualified Technical and Management graduates to fill entrylevel and intern positions For Adobe India. This innovative team member will manage and establish new relationships with colleges & universities as well as organize & execute recruiting events on campus.
Key Responsibilities: Develop & prioritize university recruiting strategies and key recruiting initiatives PAN India and also ensure that they are in line with the company's business strategy, recruiting policies and marketing messages. Recognize and monitor external marketplace trends and adjust overall recruiting strategy to ensure the continued ability to hire best people. This individual will act as the primary contact for university departments, career centers, internal alumni and student organizations, will act as a strong evangelist and Adobe's face & voice to student community. This position closely partners with company recruiters, alumni teams and other internal customers to ensure successful implementation of programs at campuses and also to educate and influence internal business partners on the strategic nature of campus recruiting & best practices. Build strong brand awareness on targeted campuses and assist in the direction of marketing materials and communication strategies to increase awareness on campus and to encourage students to apply. Research and build expertise regarding recruiting trends at assigned campuses, manage campus activities like information sessions, technical talks, interviews, etc. Track results and effectiveness of campus events and share best practices. Work closely with the Recruiting team on identifying new strategies and process improvements to effectively manage our campus recruiting efforts. Coordinate with HR team to ensure consistent and effective orientations and assimilation processes for all new hire employees. Will be responsible for lateral hiring initiatives and process improvement. Travel domestically during peak recruiting seasons.
Desired Profile: At least 6-8 years of experience in campus recruiting, program management, HR, or a related area. Technical recruiting experience is a plus. At least 30% travel required. Knowledge of the academic recruiting cycle, campus recruiting procedures & practices; international campus recruiting experience a plus.
