Manager Analytics Experience:4- 5 years exp in a credit cards company CTC : 6.5 L- 10 L fixed Posted Position Title Manager Analytics Role Summary / Purpose: Marketing Analytics Essential Responsibilities: Driving portfolio analysis to develop various scorecards / models with respect to retail spends, cash spends, etc. Provide analytical inputs for developing marketing campaigns / programs, including control-test, DOE designs, etc. Measure efficacy of marketing campaigns / programs & drive post-facto analysis for campaigns / programs. Portfolio analysis to support marketing programs / new product launches and long- & medium- term business planning sessions Execute standardized reporting & MIS requirements of the business Conceptualise and execute campaign management strategy and system for more effective marketing promotions.
Qualifications / Requirements: · Advanced expertise of statistical tools like SAS · Advanced understanding of financial services industry preferably credit cards. Ability to break down business problems and issues to analytical problem and analyse the same. · Ability to drive initiatives with detailed planning & execution · Self-starter with strong focus on adherence to timelines · Financial services / Credit Card industry experience preferable · Ability to work in cross functional teams · Team Management Desirable: · Masters in Economics/Statistic s (preferably from a premium institute) · 4 - 5 Years Analytics Experience in Marketing/Risk or comparable function preferably from credit card / financial service industry Please send your resume to careermanager.latika@gmail.com
