Key Responsibilities
Finance Professional with in depth experience in all aspects of Accounting,
Auditing, Financial Management, Financial Planning & Analysis and Taxation.
Specialties
1. Financial Planning & Analysis for Management Decision Making and
Strategy.
2. Driving operational efficiency thru Cost Control, Target setting and
Benchmarking.
3. Setting up efficient & robust processes to achieve a consistent and
highly automated accounting system in line with requirements of multiple
GAAPS.
Financial Accounting
1. Direct & Indirect Taxation
2. Management Accounting & Reporting
3. Costing, Transfer Pricing and Customer negotiations
4. Budgeting and Control for bringing in higher operational
efficiencies
5. Financial Planning & Analysis targeted towards strategy formation
and long term direction setting for the business.
6. Working alongwith the Business Head towards setting up best in class
processes for the start up business and turning around the operations into a
world class facility.
The Selected candidate should be:
. Be a Chartered Accountant at-least 10+ years of experience.
. Minimum 7+ Years of experience in Business Finance
. High Initiative and Enthusiasm to drive improvements
. Strong communication skills
. Leadership Skills to lead a team
