The organization offers you leadership roles at various levels, with independent business management responsibility.

 

This business is on a journey to implement the Finance Operating Model (FOM), designed to take out cost, and drive thinking, planning and execution that is simpler, faster, better.

A key enabler to the above journey is the implementation of the Simplified Business Model (SBM).

The SBM can be sub-divided into global processes:

·         Order capture and cash collection

·         Logistics

·         Purchase to Pay

·         Record to Report and Inter-company Data

 

 

Deliver a successful in market implementation of the SBM by:

1.  Ensure the successful implementation of SBM global process.

2.  Ensure the successful implementation of relevant local processes, complementary to the SBM global processes

3.  Capturing the impacts of the move from pre to post implementation business model.

4.  In coordination with Regional Change Director, prepare the change plan including plans for communication, training and Organisational Design

5.  Delivering those plans to ensure that that the whole business and all of its external partners (inc’ customers and vendors) are properly prepared for, and able to implement the changes required to operate the SBM.

 

Key Accountabilities:

Project

·         Produce & manage detailed project plans for project including change activities and resource requirements.

·         Ensure compliance with project phase entry & exit criteria.

·         Schedule & run status meetings, both market facing & to 3rd parties etc

·         Compile weekly status reports for submission to Regional Project Leadership Team.

·         Actively progress issues to conclusion and provide timely escalation of potential blocks to the PLT and/or BAG.

·         Employ and manage other resources as appropriate, particularly market project team.

·         Provide full handover to local management

·          Manage projects phases and scope.

·         Responsible for capturing, communicating and tracking all key issues until resolution.

 

Change

·         Prepare change approach documents including Communication, training and organizational design

·         Manage population of change mgmt impact assessment (resulting from SBM) on external & internal parties

·         Translate change impacts into action plan, actively engages the whole business

·         Manage delivery of change management plan in market

·         Manage the documentation of daily activities for post go-live organization

·         Update training materials, project manage training delivery

·         Actively manage stakeholder engagement

·         Ensure all parties (incl 3rdparties) are appropriately involved in the project

·         In conjunction with HR  - carry out Organization design and role profile review

·         Carry out project communications re the impacts of the new processes/systems on internal & external parties

·         Monitor and improve business readiness

·         Develop user profiles for go live

·         Manage BAG meetings – logistics, agenda, issue resolution etc

 

Experience:

·          Implementation of SAP and global processes in a market and/or managing in market (on the receiving end) the implementation of SAP.

·          Implementing in market process or organizational change.

·          In market line management experience.

You would currently have:

·         Exceptional business experience within FMCG industry

·         Led functions with understanding of manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance and supply chain at the least.

·         Full life cycle SAP implementation, at least 2-3 by now, leading teams in project management, change, implementation, etc

·         8-12 yrs of experience with strong academic track record, MBA preferable

·         Demonstrable leadership abilities
