1. Financial and strategic management
2. Client Relationship
3. Client proposal
4. Business Development
5. Transformational discovery/ diagnostic
6. Develop/ refine Client Recommendation/Solution
6. Client Sponsor Presentation
7. Implement Solution
8. Review Progress vs Target
9. Post Project Review
10. Marketing and Branding
11. Develop and maintain toolkits for transformation
12. Maintain best practice databases
13. Build and maintain benchmark database
14. Talent Management
15. Quality Management
Knowledge: Depth domain knoeledge of two areas with working knowledge of atleast three or more areas.
Skills:Over and above the level 1 skills - Proactive trend spotting and conflict resolution
Additional Tasks: Larger scale projects, multi tower/multi functional projects
