Qualification : MBA / MSW
Experience : 15+ years of HR focused experience from Manufacturing Industry
Responsibility: Will be focusing mainly in realignment of HR processes with business goals and building people focused organization partnering with the CEO for a 600 Cr company
Location : Hyderabad
Desired Profile: The incumbent should be an excellent HR leader with good footing in corporate level strategic HR, Change Management and with limited job shift index in ones own career.
