Our client is the world's first enterprise-wide SEI CMM Level 5 Company and now a CMMI Level 5 Company with industry expertise that spans across Utilities, Retail and Distribution, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.
They need following consulting talent for their E&U Practice at Pune.
Education : Engg/ MBA from good Institutes for all positions
1. Consultant - CRM : 6 Positions
Experience : 5-8 yrs
Requirements : Electricity Domain Background in Indian Sector, preferably in Distribution area.
Experience and knowledge of IT implementation in one or more of the following areas:
CRM (New connections, Disconnections, Re-connections, Customer Care etc)
Asset Management & Maintenance,
Metering-Billing-Collection, MIS Reporting,
TASK DESCRIPTION: The Resource will be IT and functional consultant for the R-APDRP program for assessment of requirements, RFP preparation, Vendor selection, Project Assurance, Handhold and guide the customer for implementation from concept to commissioning of the project. As IT/Functional consultant, the resource would represent the Utility whereas Implementation agency would be a third party vendor.
The above position would require flexibility to travel / relocate anywhere in India or Overseas on need basis
