Organisation: Leading IT Software Services Organisation. Position: Head Presales • In compliance with the brand elements, develop and manage standard framework and templates to develop proposal and other supporting documents
• Support unit activities and ensure compliance to framework to develop proposal
• Author specific and common components of the proposal
• Facilitate proposal and outgoing contents reviews
• Program Manage, manage all strategic and large deals
• Deal structuring for the strategic and large deals and facilitate reviews and compliance for all other deals / proposals
• Support client visits / due diligence
• Identification / development of tools for automation of the process
• Ensure consistent improvement in contents and turn around capabilities
• Lead the team of direct and indirect associates
