Manager for an IT firm in NJ, USA.
ONLY USA BASED CANDIDATES.

Designation: USA- BDM
Location: New Jersey
Job Description:
* Expertise in selling software services in the Banking Financial Services and Insurance space
* Responsible for end – end sales cycle from the acquisition of new business to closure.
* Understanding the clients business and presenting the right solutions / services
* Help the back end marketing team with regular inputs on the market and business opportunities, in order to generate leads.
* Interact with decision makers in organizations and have good client - relationship
* Maintaining Clients expectations to ensure hi-level customer satisfaction
* Achieve the individual sales targets
Qualification : MBA (preferably with B.E. / B.Tech / MCA)
Candidate Profile:
* The BDM must bring the following ideal experience:
* Business Leadership: Ideally at least 4 to 5 years’ experience, in enterprise software solutions and/or professional services into large Fortune 1000 Financial Services companies. Must have significant experience in selling to USA market based in USA.
* Sales Leadership: Has C-level selling experience, managing long term and complex service contracts. Successful track record of maintaining long-term, trust-based relationships with clients, anticipating their needs, and advancing solutions that deliver high quality, value-added impact. Proven track record of delivering substantial revenue growth while eyeing the profitability meter stringently.
* Experience in Large Companies and Small Companies: The ideal candidate will have had successful experiences in both large and small companies.

The position reports to Regional Head- Sales and Marketing
The position will be supported by pre sales consultant(s)
