Dolcera is a leading information services company (KPO) located in California, USA, and Hyderabad, India, in the technology research, business research, and data analytics domains. Dolcera's clients include more than 40 Fortune 500 and Global 1000 companies in the US and Europe. Dolcera's business model is highly scalable with strong competitive differentiators built in its service offerings - which involves use of proprietary software to deliver its services to clients. Dolcera's team comprises leading technology experts from some of the leading universities of India. Our team comprises a good mix of thought leaders from Stanford, Harvard, IIT's, BITS, IIM's and MDI. Dolcera's work products include:-
* Detailed IP(patent) and technology landscapes with competitive profiling * Detailed business research reports to make/plan business forecasts * Sales of proprietary software for 'do it yourself' customers
For its future expansion, Dolcera is looking for VP level sales managers. These managers will be highly motivated individuals with sales experience in either FMCG, ITES or pharmaceutical environments. They must possess the following experience:-
* Experience of handling a team of at least 10 to 25 people (with most of them being business management graduates, preferably from top 10 business schools in India) * Strong experience in pre-sales and sales planning * Strong management capabilities to execute on sales plans * Excellent communication skills * Commitment to deliver aggressive business targets * Willing to work in B2B selling environments (with long sales cycles) * A minimum work experience of at least 5 years in sales planning and execution * A proven leadership track record * Flexibility to adapt to new working environments * Willingness to travel extensively (both abroad and in India) * Willing to work till the US times alongwith the sales team in India (at least up to 3:30a.m.) * Very comfortable with Excel modeling and database mining skills
Such sales managers would have worked for some of the leading FMCG firms in India like HLL, P&G etc. or with leading ITES firms, or with top pharmaceutical companies in the areas of sales and business development. They will be graduates from India's top business schools (IIM's, MDI, FMS, JBIMS, SPJain etc.). Salary will be commensurate with experience. Extra monetary consideration will be given for working the late night hours. Dolcera will provide sales managers with:
