Position Deputy General Manager-Access Management
Work Location Mumbai
Responsibilities
KEY OBJECTIVES FOR THE ROLE:

Ordering of last mile to access vendor
TAT for delivery of last miles
Timely delivery of Last Miles
Periodic Performance reviews with Access suppliers
THE INCUMBENT IS EXPECTED TO CARRY OUT THE FOLLOWING:
- Manage engagement with Access providers in India on ordering, implementation & settlement
- Identify and Map strategic access providers to ensure TCL objectives on delivery and cost are met.
- To Manage the team for delivery of access services in India
-To expand reach of Clients network by building interconnects with access service providers in strategic geographies.
- Support all Access related delivery escalations through the team
- Address and close on the escalations which float from Internal/external customers
- Drive Special projects to reduce access cost and drive quaility delivery
- To carry out periodic performance reviews with access service providers for improvements
- Interlock with internal stake holders and process monitoring to ensure smooth handover of the Access Services
- Provide proactive updates, manage jeopardies on access deliveries in India
Requirements
THE INCUMBENT IS EXPECTED TO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING:
FUNCTIONAL:

Understanding of telecom environment, telecom services and solutions.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Respect the timelines and responsive in behaviour.
Good negotitaion skills and commercial knowledge.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
------------------------
BE (Elect & Comm). MBA. 12 - 15 years experience in Telecom.
Five or more years of experience in vendor/supplier relationship.
Prior experience in driving large projects in telecom space.
