Position: Engagement Manager – SAP Infrastructure services Engagement Manager: 10 or more years of experience in IT project management, service delivery with a min of 5 years experience in managing IT technical teams. The engagement Manager front ends a client relationship. He/she is responsible for growing the account. Must have a. Good analytical, problem-solving, conceptual, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills b. Understanding of ITIL framework. c. Experience in developing, capturing, measuring & reporting SLAs d. Exposure at Offshore delivery projects Experience required in areas of e. Project-management f. independently organizing, planning and executing mid-size or large-scale projects. g.
