Position: Sr Manager – OPD / Engineering Services
Role:
Establish and run OPD services
Establish/setup Delivery Best practices, processes, people and tools
NO SAP Knowledge required.
Experience:
Delivery:
Strong experience of establishing OPD for medium – large ISV’s
Strong Sales & Delivery methodologies, Client Management
Must have Managed 100+ Team sizes
Delivery of offshore delivery contracts, SLA Based, Multi-shore & Multi Lingual projects
Exposure to starting Captive/ODC’s from scratch
Instill best practices, Delivery methodologies, Strong knowledge of QA/QC methodologies/principles
Must have demonstrated OPD competency building/leading new initiatives
Soft Skills/Others:
Superior communication and presentation skills
Significant business development and solution selling capability
Responsible for establishing and managing client relationships with key decision makers
Employee appraisal, development and training
Mentoring and career planning for direct reports
Capacity to challenge partners as well as capacity to show added value in relationship with them
Self-motivated and able see tasks through to completion to required quality and timescale
Team player and networking (colleagues as well as external partners)
Excellent Management and communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to tailor communication to the intended audience
Very good leadership and team motivation experience
