Managing the complete Oracle Supply Chain practice. Strategize and grow the identified focus areas on Oracle supply chain. Competency creation right from scratch is part of this job. Lead the pre-sales in the Oracle supply chain. Creation of PoC's, Demo's for specific customers/prospects. Leading on RFP's, creating practice collaterals, leveraging organizational knowledge, training, creation of the right infrastructure, people management, working with Oracle teams - Product Strategy, Sales in creating a unique positioning of the company are some of the other responsibilities. Responsbility of growing the business and team will be always the focus. Development of business plan, action plans with timelines, bring-up the infrastructure required to achieve the business plan, reviewing the target vs actuals, evaluate alternate paths should be part of this role. Should be able to work onshore-offshore model - Require flexibility in work hours. Should create and maintain process to establish the business
Atleast 15-20 years of functional experience in Supply Chain with majority of that experience in Oracle supply chain, edge and value chain applications. Expert in the following domains - Hi-Tech, CPG, Retail and Manufacturing. Must to have managed large team of 100+ people practice in Oracle Supply Chain. Should have been leading teams in the past 5 years atleast. Should know clearly comparitive products, industry trends. Should be very well connected with Oracle Sales and Allianz teams. Exposure to SAP applications will be added advantage. Should have created lot of estimates and plans. Shall have understanding of integration projects. Cleaerly worked on onsite-offshore model. Shall have handled many End 2 End implementations, supports and development project
Excellent Communication Skills; Client interaction with International clients is a must. Must have extensively travelled to the US, EMEA region
