*Position Description*

- As an HR Business Partner one would need to leverage one’s HR experience and develop an HR strategy for the India Operations, which should be scalable and sustainable. Roll out this strategy in a hands-on manner with accountability for its implementation success. - Would need to promote *‘talent – based’* selection. - Collaborate with the HR Team to work around functional synergy. - Be responsible for constant feedback, engagement and motivational initiatives. - Formulate and establish transparent HR policies and systems. - Put into place an aggressive skill development programme which prepares the competitive edge of the organization as well as its growth plans. - Would be responsible for developing and implementing organizational design, employee relations, talent acquisition, retention strategies, employee development, succession planning, leadership & team development and communications. - Would be required to proactively develop / redesign the organization structure which makes optimum use of the resources and provides room for growth and development for professionals
· Focus on independently defining, developing and implementing broad-based strategic HR programs and processes to drive business results and organizational capabilities.
- Promotes positive employee relations through design, communication and interpretation of personnel policies and programs. - Work closely with the Regional Office to localize Global and Pacific communication.
- Practical experience in stimulating innovation leading change and increasing organizational effectiveness would be essential. - This position would report in to the Head of HR.

- Likelihood of the age profile being in the mid twenties is high. An approximate range of 4 – 7 years of total work experience. - Must have demonstrated the ability to develop teams and should possess the sensitivity as a leader to create clear roadmaps for team member’s growth and motivation. - Should have high quality academic background, with a degree in management with specialization in HR from a premier institute - Must have *Talent Development* and *Leadership Development* capabilities and experience - Must be a top-quartile performer with strong leadership ability (lead by example) to guide or direct others through action or influence, and challenge the organization on issues that do not align with business objectives or Corporate Values. - Ability to understand strategic issues impacting the business unit and company is required. - Ability to utilize various methodologies to diagnose the organization for effectiveness is required. - Adaptability and business partnership skills are required. - Process Excellence/HR measurement skills are desired. - Experience supporting a global organization is highly valued.
