1-Role-Functional Analyst (Module Leader)
2-Required Technical Skill Set-Functional and Technical knowledge of
Employee domain related applications like Recruitment, Self-Service,
Performance Management etc.
3-Desired Experience Range-2-6 years
-Location of Requirement -Mumbai
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavior al Competency)
Must-Have-1. Should have Requirement Gathering and Business Analysis
skills
2. Should have module leader experience
3. Should possess Customer management skills
4. Knowledge of Functional Testing
5. Should have knowledge of Software Estimation
Good-to-Have- 1. Domain/Business Process knowledge of Recruitment
2. Business Process Modeling Tool like ARIS, VISIO etc
3. Exposure to functional and GUI Design for HR /Employee domain related
application
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1-Will be required to study the impact analysis, identify process
improvements, documenting to-be requirements after complete analysis,
Functional and GUI Design of the application, testing and facilitation
till deployment.
2-The profile will also include planning and execution of proper
communication and Training to the end users.
3-Will be required to lead and guide the junior analysts in the team.

is part of the Internal IT (Ultimatix) of company. It caters to company
for improving and maintaining its internal processes. The aim of the
project is application of a structured methodology that is focused on
completely understanding the customer's needs, identifying how best to
meet those needs, and then "reinventing" the stream of processes to meet
those needs.
