About our Client:
Our client is India’s Largest Pre-owned car company.
Position Description
Designation – Head of Sales & Marketing (Retail)
Reports into – CEO
Location – Mumbai.
Role:
The incumbent will -
· Lead all Business development and brand marketing efforts in pre-owned car segment.
· He/she will be responsible for the leadership, direction and implementation of a focused business strategy
· This would also include the development and execution of strategic marketing plans to support market penetration and growth, brand positioning, marketing communications (internal and external), trade shows and events, channel strategies, market research, and the evaluation of new product opportunities.
Key responsibilities:
· Heading retail operations of the company
· Interact with the market / industry participants and spot emerging trends in the new car & used car market.
· Provide inputs for retail operations in the company. Should make long term strategic plan.
· Plan the business operations of company.
· To analyze the performance of superstore operation.
· To review the progress & achievement of the business goals
Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate would be: -
More than 12 +years of experience, in which minimum 5 years of experience in heading Profit centre unit in preowned car segment/automobile industry
· Knowledge of the used car industry would be preferred.
· Knowledge of price dynamics for new and used vehicles in the market
· Trend analysis of automobile industry
· Understanding fast / slow moving automobile products in the market
