HP Decision Support Analysis Services (DSAS) team commenced in May 2005 as a global initiative to provide support to Supply Chain, Marketing, CRM, Finance and HR business functions through data mining & predictive modeling, reporting & business intelligence, business research, data management, optimization & simulation solutions.
The HP Technology Services (TS) Group is a large and diverse business, with services ranging from hardware and software support for every HP technology, to high growth value added services Areas. HP Education Services (HPES) within TS expects growth from marketing excellence.
The person will work closely with the Senior Marketing Programs Manager to support Sales Enablement and Outbound Marketing efforts for HP Education services. You will be expected to become deeply involved in parts of this portfolio and working with colleagues, develop, drive and support marketing activities. You will be expected to work with colleagues from DSAS HPES , global, region & country teams, and from within different HP business units to drive a clear and differentiated customer solution, adding value wherever possible.
Responsibilities
• Define and Implement sales training strategy in collaboration with Learning & Development
• Implement Sales training for HPES Growth Initiatives (SCA; Channel & ESSN)
• Assist countries to identify sales training opportunities and create/update grab & go materials for their ongoing use
• Define strategy for use of the communications inventory, ensuring ongoing communications to HP sales
• Communicate HPES wins on websites and other communication vehicles
• Create and Update sales tools (battlecards, cheatsheets etc.)
Skills
- Strong project management skills; PMI certification is desirable
- Pronounced marketing skills, both theoretical and practical
- Good written and oral communication skills, with high degree of personal credibility and professionalism
- Strong presentation skills and MS Office skills - especially skillset around creation of attractive and impactful presentations in Powerpoint
- Knowledge of or ability to learn and train on HP’s branding standards
Experience & background
· Post-Graduate Degree in business (MBA) with specialization marketing from a reputed business school
· 5 yrs in marketing in ITES industry
· Knowledge of or experience in training / education industry is desirable
· Shared services environment or a captive set up exposure is desirable
