We are looking for suitable team members for our Investment Banking Group:
Position: Senior Associate/Engagement Manager
Location: Hyderabad, India
Salary Range: Starting at INR 7.5 Lakh per annum (fixed plus variable), commensurate with skills and experience
Experience/ Education:
* Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance) from a premier B-School
* 3-5 years in Investment Banking or Corporate Finance Roles
Skills:
· Sound knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices;
· Excellent communication skills;
· Track record of independently closing investment transactions on the buy and/or sell side;
· Strong network with venture capital funds/private equity investors;
· Experience of leading a team of professionals
· Understanding of social investment space desirable
Job responsibilities:
· Working with the team during the selling stage and delivery part of multi-stage engagements
· Building on relationships with potential and existing national and international clients;
· Managing multiple roles that includes business development, client relationship management, team building, and project delivery;
· Relevant national and international field travel and exposure as and when required.
