Senior Analyst – Market Insights

We cover eight major industry sectors including Automotive, Consumer Markets, Energy, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals and Healthcare, Technology, Telecoms, Transport and Logistics. We have offices in London, Hyderabad, Frankfurt, New York, San Francisco, Tokyo and Sydney.
Key responsibilities:
* Skills in effective execution, including managing multiple complex activities and high-level client relationships are imperative
* Effective interpersonal skills with expertise in subject matters and a “calm under pressure” approach and style
* Strong commercial focus and able to suggest ideas around product development/enhancement.
* Structure, organize, and synthesize information to develop key insights at company/industry level
* Gather financial, industry-specific market and business information, using internal and external research resources such as industry journals, analyst reports as well as information databases
* Ability to develop content expertise.
* Production of insightful industry reports on the various markets especially in the FMCG/Consumer sector (including Retail). Prior experience in writing reports will be strongly preferred
* Set standards for timely deliveries with quality and provide in-depth analysis
* Ensure internal client satisfaction and feedback process
Job Specification:
* Post Graduate in business management with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or commerce preferred.
* Minimum two years experience in consulting, business research and strategy management preferably in industry sectors such as, consumer Goods (FMCG) and retail.
* Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficient in MS Office.
* Ability to mentor and lead a team of analysts and associate analysts.
* Superior report writing, presentation and communication skills are absolute requirements.
