Job Description:

·         Training and mentoring a team of Research analysts

·         Guiding them with their day to day research activities (Primary & secondary research).

·         Communicating the goal of the project to the domain leads

·         Managing tasks allocation at the domain lead level.

·         Checking for errors and inconsistencies in all the research reports.

·         Ensuring quality of the reports( continuous midpoint checks)

·         Co-ordinating with various support teams for smooth delivery of the report

·         Presenting the report to the clients.

·         Ensuring project timelines are met.

·         Gathering client requirements

·         Structuring the client requirements in to deliverables.

·         Ensuring knowledge sharing across various teams.

 

Eligibility/Candidate Profile:

 

·         Current experience as TL/Manager in a similar industry

·         MBA is preferable

·         Team management skills

·         Excellent communication & presentation skills
