Helix Investments, an India focused Private Equity Fund, based in Mumbai,
with $100 Million of committed capital desires to hire an associate / senior
associate with 1-3 years of equity research experience and strong academic
credentials.
Started in 2007, the firm has made 4 investments in India across a range of

To add to the current team, we are looking for a person with the following
profile -
- MBA from top tier institutes – batches of 2007-2009 preferred.
- Experience in equity research – Proficiency in financial modeling,
management interaction, understanding of public markets and ability to work
across sectors
- Strong communication skills.
- Open to work across private equity and public investing
- Ability to work in unstructured environments independently
The role would encompass –
- Detailed sector and company research from an investing viewpoint
- Valuations and financial modeling
- Active role in deal execution and post investment monitoring
- Developing material for Investment Committee and other internal
meetings
- Interaction with research analysts
- Assistance with administration, internal reporting
