Position: Manager - M&A
Client: A leading Consulting Firm
Location: Mumbai
Qualifications: CA / MBA
Experience: 4-6 years in execution
/ due diligence / transaction advisory for M&A transactions.
Responsibilities
* Advisory on M & A
transactions - strategic, financial and operational advisory.
* Financial Analysis, Valuations, Pre-deal evaluation and business modelling
* Industry, business and financial due
diligence as well as other transaction support.
* Performing industry & company
research as well as drafting executive reports on acquisition targets including
market position, product portfolio, potential synergies and risks
* Understanding clients needs as
well as approaches and advising him on various aspect related to M & A
* Liaising with various stakeholders of the transaction
* Identify newer opportunities -New
and Existing Clients
* Negotiation support and documentation.
Requirements
* 4-6 yrs of experience with good
experience in the handling M&A deals and transactions
* Strong analytical and marketing
skills as well as technical thinking.
* Strong communication and presentation
skills
* Preference for deal experience in
IT / ITES industry
* Candidates from M&A team of
large IT/ITES corporates can also apply
