We have an an opportunity with leading MNC for Manager/AVP - Quality role.
AVP - SIX SIGMA F and A domain
Job purpose:
Driving process improvements, quality initiatives and Six Sigma The overall
goal of these positions is to identify and drive business improvement
initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies with positive impact on
cost/productivity and quality of service delivery, operational efficiencies
and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
1. Partner with Delivery Managers and other stakeholders
2. Foster and sustain the metrics based management culture
3. Demonstrate the practical applicability of Six Sigma
4. Drive SIX SIGMA cultural change among the leadership team and to delivery
teams
5. Explore synergies with technology and operations teams
2) MBA from a reputed institute
3) SIX SIGMA BB Certified
Qualifications (GOOD TO HAVE)
1) Finance background
2) SIX SIGMA Certified
