The client is one of the leading provider of best practices research and analysis focusing on corporate strategy, operations and general management issues
Position Title: Senior Research Analyst
Location: NCR
Experience/Knowledge/Technical Skills Required:
Experience : 3 to 6 years post qualification from premier institutes
Working with a team on HR Advisory engagements[organizational change management; performance management; competency modeling and assessment] (preferably from Consulting)
Handle multiple projects in the capacity of a Subject matter expert to drive diverse HR projects
Client Liasoning; preparation of concept notes, program and project delivery
