Job Description
* Lead a team of Analysts covering Financial Institutions Group (FIG)
* Regularly interact with Bankers, Equity Sales Teams, Investors
* Heavily engage with clients, develop strong relationships, cross-sell services
* Structure team deliverables / staffing / training / coaching / etc.
* Ensure adherence to quality and deadlines of deliverables
* Recruit top talent, develop new capabilities and research products
Location: Copal’s Gurgaon offices
Required experience and skill set
* 5+ years of sell side equity research experience in FIG
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong leadership and managerial skills
* Ability to work in a 24X7 environment
