Title: Supply Chain Planning Manager
Reports to: Head – Supply Chain

The role will be responsible to ensure that we have the right stocks, at the right time hitting both customer service and inventory targets.
· Active and value adding participation during the Innovation/Brand change and Demand management sessions
· Responsible for converting the sales forecast to distribution requirements plan – either we make or buy.
· Recommends the BIO import plan for procurement execution;
· Recommends the Manufacturing Plan for plant execution
· Responsible for the supply review and anticipating supply and inventory issues in hitting the plan
· Responsible for hitting the inventory metrics: days cover, value, QSD and SLOB
· Co-own product availability issues in the OTC process
· Drive the inventory optimization agenda in India in both BII and BIO ( in scope inventory)
· Project: Key manufacturing resource in SAP roll out
· Project: Team Member in the S&OP roll out ( Sales and Operations Planning Process)
· Project: Leading SPM ( SKU Portfolio Management)
· Project: Supporting the roll out of the SC Capability Program
Qualifications
· Undergraduate degree in any Engineering course with MBA.
Functional Capabilities
· Experience of ERP (e.g SAP – MRP, OTC, Inventory management)
· Systems, knowledge & applications
· Specific technical skills with emphasis on knowledge of local laws ( preferred)
Experience
8-10 years, preferably in a FMCG manufacturing company
