Job Description: GM Projects (Real Estate)
Our Client is engaged in the Development - Management - Operations of Shopping Malls, Hospitality, Residential, and Commercial Offices. They are frontrunner in development - management - operations of urban city centers, shopping malls, and large scale residential townships. They are primarily focused on tier II cities.
They have projects coming up in various cities and are looking for GM Projects for their projects. The Positions will be based out of Indore , Raipur,Udaipur.

Position: GM Projects (Indore, Raipur, Udaipur)
Number of Positions: Multiple
Desired Candidate Profile:
Full onsite construction responsibility to take the project through
Coordinates with VP Projects or Head Projects and other agencies for day to day reporting
Resolves problems and coordinates the final construction of the project till handing over.
Preferably B.E. (civil) or a Diploma
Atleast 10+ years of experience in real estate projects
Pls. mention in your resumes the size of projects handled i.e. Area of projects, Location etc and estimated cost of projects handled
