Role – Head of Products - Fulfillment (Supply Chain & Logistics)

While the idea itself is not new, we have put it on steroids by offering low prices, free shipping and an intuitive interface to help you search for all your favorite books. Responsibilities :
• Define the process and work flow for Procurement, Shipment, Support and Warehousing.
• Design solutions to enable efficiencies, reduce errors, and help people to manage their
deliverable.
• Work with operations team to enable implementation and adoption of the solutions.
• Prioritize & Design short term and long term product road map to meet company goals.
• Work closely with Engineering team and manage launch.
• Own responsibility of growth and relevant efficiency and business metrics.
Qualifications :
• At least 3-6 years of experience in product management. Overall experience of 5 years.
• Understanding of enterprise market & related technologies. Understanding of Supply Chain,
logistics, Inventory Management, Purchase and Sales is a Plus.
• Demonstrated experience of delivering a product from concept to end user adoption.
• Demonstrated experience of managing product managers.
• Background in consulting or implementation and of ERP for Retail is a plus.
• Experience of designing programs to enable adoption of technology solutions is a plus.
